Nova Patti Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

By accessing or using the Nova Patti platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement comes into effect the moment you complete registration and create a Nova Patti account.

This information must match the details associated with the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account login.

All transactions on Nova Patti are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300 for standard deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status, VIP tier and the payment method selected. • Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR and are available for use immediately upon confirmation.

Nova Patti expects all players to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games, betting markets or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games or sports betting markets.

Nova Patti reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of the gaming environment.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits already made will be held securely and not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the Nova Patti support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms may not be eligible for balance return, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
